National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is an opportunity for Canadians to engage in a dialogue of understanding and healing – to acknowledge the truth, foster reconciliation, and work together to build a better future. On September 30, all Ontario Culture Days events will be reserved for events that honour the history, resilience, and voices of Indigenous communities. From learning opportunities, to gallery exhibitions, to film screenings, these events promise to be meaningful and enlightening.
