Social and cultural movements are often solidified in the consciousness of the people through radical imagery and creative work. How can art and design spread the message of equity? And protest posters carry the demands of communities looking for justice? Laura Rojas is a designer, educator, and community-engaged artist who will host several poster-making workshops on the tactics of protest posters to fight for causes that are important to us. The public is invited to sign up for workshops, and attend a subsequent zine launch and installation at Toronto Public Library.
